About ProMu And It's Curator, TEE

ProMu stands for "Producer Mugician". Being a great producer in today's age requires you to not only be a musician but also a magician in a sense. I have always obsessed over workflow and finding new ways to get inspired which is why I created this platform - to give you an edge in both the technical and creative realm of music production.

I’m a music producer, songwriter, audio engineer and sound designer based in Toronto, Canada. I’m also an avid user and teacher of Ableton products and an Ableton Certified Trainer.

Working as a producer/songwriter with multi-platinum production company, Kuya Productions, I made my first splash in the industry producing "Can't Choose" by Canadian artist JRDN which won the 2014 Juno award-winning R&B/Soul record of the year. My biggest breakthroughs came shortly after when I co-wrote two of Billboard Hot 100’s biggest hits including triple-platinum-selling singles “Here” by Alessia Cara and “Too Good” by Drake ft Rihanna.

My love for making all kinds of music allowed me to cross-over to various global genres. I got the pleasure of writing and producing some of K-pop’s biggest acts including EXO (“Stay”), Suho (“Dinner”), and D.O. (“That’s Okay”) among others—each song reaching several million streams on Spotify and Youtube. I was also able to cross into the Electronic/EDM world with credits on songs by Adventure Club (“Need Your Heart”), DVBBS (“Wicked Ways”) and most recently I co-wrote Kaskade’s and Meghan Trainor’s summer single “With You”.

Most of my time is spent in studio working with my favourite artists, songwriters and producers but I'm very excited to embark on this new journey of helping fellow music makers through the ProMu platform. Click here to follow me on Instagram and stay up to date on my latest projects, releases, music production tips, and much more!
